WordPress Integration

SatuApps WhatsApp Connector for WordPress

Turn your WordPress site into a WhatsApp-aware workstation: send transactional messages, follow-ups, and internal alerts using the same WhatsApp engine and token wallet you already use inside SatuApps.

Quick facts

  • • Uses your existing SatuApps wallet & WhatsApp plans
  • • One device API key per WordPress site (recommended)
  • • No extra pricing layer: same plans as dashboard
  • • Events: WooCommerce, forms, membership, custom hooks

How the connector works

The WordPress plugin talks directly to the SatuApps WhatsApp API. It does not implement its own gateway or pricing. Instead, it reuses your existing wallet, WhatsApp device, and plans:

  1. In SatuApps, you create or reuse a WhatsApp device on the /wa page (each device has its own API key and quota).
  2. In WordPress, the plugin stores the SatuApps base URL, device ID, and device API key in its settings.
  3. When a WordPress event fires (new order, new user, form submission, etc.), the plugin sends a signed request to /api/wa/{device}/send-message.
  4. SatuApps validates quota, logs the message, and hands it over to the WhatsApp engine; your wallet and plan limits apply exactly as in the dashboard.

Example events

  • • WooCommerce order created / completed / refunded
  • • New user registration or membership activation
  • • Lead form submitted (Elementor, CF7, WPForms, etc.)
  • • Custom hooks: stock low, high-value customer, failed payment

Typical WhatsApp flows

  • • Order confirmation and payment instructions
  • • Post-purchase tips, upsell, and review requests
  • • Webinar / event reminders (T‑1, T‑0)
  • • Internal alerts to admins about VIP orders or failures

Pricing & plans

The WordPress connector does not introduce a new pricing model. It uses the same WhatsApp device plans and wallet token system you already have in SatuApps:

  • • Same device tiers and message quotas as dashboard
  • • All usage appears in your SatuApps analytics & logs
  • • Top-up and upgrades are handled in SatuApps (Wallet page)

Roadmap

What the official plugin will include

  • • Setup wizard: connect SatuApps account and select device
  • • Rule builder for WordPress events → WhatsApp actions
  • • Message templates with placeholders for orders, users, and forms
  • • Basic logs inside WordPress plus deep logs inside SatuApps
  • • Respect opt-out flags and safe sending windows

Already using SatuApps?

You will be able to connect your existing WhatsApp device and wallet to WordPress without changing your current plans or pricing. The connector simply becomes another “client” of the same engine.
